If you want to be healthy you have to eat the right foods and the right amounts of foods can help you live a longer, healthier life.For example you can eat vegetables, and fruits. You can also do a Physical activity it will help you feel better and stay at a healthy weight. You can try a total of 30 minutes of constant physical activity, such as fast walking, most days of the week.You can play a tennis or a soccer, dancing,or you can try a yoga.You can also swim, bike, or run.
What are the good habits that help me to stay healthy?
I am eating healthy foods for example vegetables, ginger, spinach,or fruits, apricots,banana, apple. I Choose non-fat dairy such as skim milk, non-fat yogurt and non-fat cheese, non fat salad, and many more.
